Improvisation as a Life Skill

Improvisation teaches us to observe, to listen, to build new ways of communicating, relating and responding. In the workshop, Jaka introduces the basics of improvisation with emphasis first on listening to each other and to the sounds of the world around us. By first getting comfortable with silence and then improvising as a group in a minimalist fashion, participants learn how to share the space and to use their intuition to weave an abstract tapestry of sound, with others and the environment.
