Discovering Traditional African Music

The drums and songs of Africa connect people with the spirit of the land. In the workshop, Anže introduces African percussion instruments (djembe and dundun) and the basics of playing them. The group mixes rhythms and plays together in symphony, with improvisation if they want. Participants learn to listen to each other and play together, while each one can also express themselves through this powerful music.
